    Ryde’s signature Pilates class is done to the beat and the bass of the music, a full body workout designed to challenge everyone from first timers to professional dancers. Lengthen, strengthen and define your muscles, through our pulsing, lifting and lowering movements, whilst drawing strength from our amazing instructors and their purposely selected music. Leave every class feeling challenged, but stronger.

    Our weekly sessions are designed to improve your productivity, increase focus, and reduce stress – start the weekend feeling ready to take on anything!

    Starting your day with an ice bath and energising yoga flow have so many benefits that have been tried and tested, such as

    Hate the cold? In fact taking ice baths increases your resistance to cold, so overall, and over time, you’ll find yourself less affected by cold conditions. Even people that hate the cold usually don’t find sitting in the ice half as bad as they expected – it’s really mind over matter, and we’re here to guide you through the sessions mindfully.

    Come wearing your pilates gear, bring your swimwear and a towel, and something warm to wrap up in afterwards – a flask of coffee or a warm drink could also be a good idea.

    The session will involve 30 minute pilates class, followed by time to sit in the ice, remember this isn’t a competition, so do what you feel you can on the day!

    Please remember to arrive at the latest 10 minutes before the start time, to allow enough time for us to collect you, and take you to the rooftop.
